HOW LONG IS EACH WORKOUT?
Each class will be 30 minutes start to finish over zoom and will be a combination of upper & lower exercises. You can combine both classes for a full hour of strength training.
WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
I like to encourage everyone to start simple. Resistance bands or light weights are helpful. But a can of beans from the pantry can work too!
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
We will work out together for 8 weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Dress in comfortable clothing, sneakers or stable closed shoes preferred. Bring an open mind, water bottle and a desire for a full body functional movement workout.
